- The flat is at 5th level with no elevator ... this is Montmartre, stairs are too narrow to put a elevator. Consider packing light. - Noise is strictly forbidden at any time of night AND day in the flat AND in common areas of the building (neighbors are very strict on that...). - Check in is not possible in the night (between midnight and 7am). - It is expected for the flat to be returned as clean as possible (dishes done, take out the bin for example). - A copy of your ID (both sides) is required at the time of booking (for insurance purpose). An easy way is to take a picture of it with your phone. - The fireplace cannot be used to avoid any fire incident.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
