The accommodation is rented exclusively for vacation use, without exception. Any professional or commercial activity involving receiving clients, as well as parties, disturbances, and neighborhood disturbances, are strictly prohibited. In the event of repeated problems, the stay may be terminated immediately without refund. As a reminder, you have booked a completely non-smoking property on the platform, including a €300 security deposit. In case of damage, smoke odors permeating the textiles, or any other deterioration, all or part of this deposit may be withheld. Access to the accommodation is self-service between 3:30 PM and 10:30 PM, after online check-in and submission of identification. Thank you for your understanding.
