This property offers self-check-in. In order to complete the self-check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID and a credit card before arrival. All requests for late arrival after 19:00 are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that the credit card used to make the booking is required at check-in. Please note that an additional charge is applicable for late check-in, as follows: EUR 50 from 19:00 to 21:59 EUR 90 from 22:00 to 00:59 EUR 120 after 01:00. If you require a cot or high chair, you must notify the property before your arrival, subject to availability. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests, including from smoking, will incur a charge. This property is exclusively for families. The primary guest must be at least 35 years old. Check-In & Identification: Further details about self-check-in will be provided after all the requested documents (ID and credit card) are received and the damage deposit is paid. Guests must submit identification (passport, driving license, ID) before arrival. The credit card (showing only the last 4 digits + cardholder name) used for booking must be presented for verification in advance. Check-ins after 19:00 must be pre-confirmed. Late check-in fees: 19:00-21:59 (50 EUR), between 22:00 and 00.59 (90 EUR), after 1 AM (120 EUR). Payment: For reservations valued over EUR 1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as a credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes. Damage Deposit Guests must pay a damage deposit of 800 EUR prior to check-in. This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times. House Rules & Restrictions: Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests. Prohibited activities: loud music, parties, pets, and smoking. Violations (disturbances, smoking) result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages. Additional Amenities: Advance notification is required for baby cots or high chairs (subject to availability and additional charges).
