Reservation of 5 to 9 rooms : 30% of the total amount is required at the time of reservation. The balance must be paid 1 month before the arrival date. Both of these elements are imperative to guarantee the reservation in its entirety. Failure to receive the required payment will result in automatic cancelation of the booking by the hotel. Cancelation terms: In case of partial cancelation of the stay, the customer must notify the hotel upon arrival. For certain tariff offers, special cancelation conditions that modify these general conditions may apply. Total conditions: • Group cancelation 31 days before the arrival date: 0% of the stay is due. • Group cancelation between 31 and 14 days before the arrival date: 80% of the stay is due. • Group cancelation between 14 days and the day of arrival: 100% of the stay is due. Partial conditions: • Cancelation of 20% of the rooms without charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. • Cancelation of 1 to 2 rooms without charge between 13 and 2 days before the arrival date.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
