Only one function can run at a time on the system: it will be on heating mode from October to May, and it will be on air conditioning mode from May to October Please be aware that European air conditioning units are designed for a milder temperature range than American units. While there is air conditioning in this home it might not feel as cool as some American air conditioning units. There is a sofa bed in the sitting room which can accommodate an additional two people. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared. Please do not place hot items directly on the worktops or on the tables. Heat can damage the surfaces. Please note this property requires full payment for the stay prior to check-in, guests will receive a message from the property with a secure payment link after booking.
