Cleaning: Complimentary cleaning for our guests is provided twice a week and is mandatory. Insurance and Damage deposit: In promoting a worry-free experience for both parties, guests are required to undergo ID verification through a reliable method. Additionally, guests will need to either pay a damage deposit or buy a damage waiver. Please be prepared to pay the check-in fee in cash directly to your check-in assistant in exchange for the keys.
