After booking, the property will contact you to provide a copy of your identification for verification purposes. This must be completed within 72 hours of booking. Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The property only accepts the number of adults indicated on the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the reservation will not be accepted. Each guest will be required to provide proper identification once the reservation is created and upon check-in. This property does not accommodate bachelor/bachelorette parties or other similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A noise policy is in effect between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Guests must leave the property in the same condition in which they arrived. If you leave the property at a time other than the scheduled time, namely 10:00 a.m. on your last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a €55 reminder fee. If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be charged to guests for any damage caused to the property. A €150 penalty fee will be charged to your deposit if you smoke in the property. The property has everything you need for your stay.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
