This property accommodates families only. The primary guest must be at least 35 years old. Guests are required to provide a valid photo ID (passport, driving licence or national ID) before arrival. Self check-in instructions will be provided once all required identification documents have been received and any applicable damage deposit has been paid. Check-in after 19:00 must be arranged with the property in advance. Late check-in fees apply as follows: From 19:00 until 21:59: EUR 50 From 22:00 until 00:59: EUR 90 From 01:00 onwards: EUR 120 For reservations with a value exceeding EUR 1,000, the property may require an alternative payment method, such as a secure payment link or bank transfer, where applicable. A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required before check-in. The deposit is refundable within 14 days after check-out, subject to an inspection of the property and applicable bank processing times. Parties, events, loud music, smoking and pets are not permitted at the property. Failure to comply with the property’s house rules may result in termination of the stay without refund and additional charges where applicable for damages or cleaning.
