Payment: • For reservations valued over EUR 1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as a credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes. Damage Deposit • Guests must pay a damage deposit of 800 EUR prior to check-in. • This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times. House Rules & Restrictions: • Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests. • Prohibited activities: loud music, parties, pets, and smoking. • Violations (disturbances, smoking) result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages. Additional Amenities: • Advance notification is required for baby cots or high chairs (subject to availability and additional charges).
