This property is exclusively for families. The primary guest must be at least 35 years old. Check-In & Identification: -Further details about self-check-in will be provided after all the requested documents (ID and credit card) are received and the damage deposit is paid. -Guests must submit identification (passport, driving license, ID) before arrival. -The credit card (showing only the last 4 digits + cardholder name) used for booking must be presented for verification in advance. -Check-ins after 19:00 must be pre-confirmed. -Late check-in fees: 19:00-21:59 (50 EUR), between 22:00 and 00.59 (90 EUR), after 1 AM (120 EUR). Payment: -For reservations valued over EUR 1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as a credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes. Damage Deposit -Guests must pay a damage deposit of 800 EUR prior to check-in. -This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times. House Rules & Restrictions: -Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests. -Prohibited activities: loud music, parties, pets, and smoking. -Violations (disturbances, smoking) result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages.
